Wholesale payment & delivery

POSTAGE FEES & DELIVERY TIMES

We generally pack & send all wholesale bulk orders placed before 10:00am AEST on the next day. These are sent from our Brisbane warehouse. In most cases your delivery will arrive in one box however if we have some items out of stock we may get the suppliers to send these to you direct. If this happens you WILL NOT be charged additional postage and we will let you know beforehand.

FREE POSTAGE FOR ORDERS OVER $300

If your order is over $300 inc GST you DO NOT pay for postage. For all orders under this we use a weight-based system as outlined below. Each product page on our website displays the weight per unit for that product. The total weight is calculated at checkout and you will be presented with the postage rate for your order before you checkout.

0kg - 0.5kg: $7.95 inc GST
0.5kg - 1kg: $12.95 inc GST
1kg - 3kg: $14.95 inc GST
3kg - 5kg: $19.95 inc GST
5kg +: $24.95 inc GST

PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR ONLINE ORDERING

We have 2 payment methods available for online wholesale orders. On the checkout page please choose which one you prefer. We will send an official tax invoice with your delivery.

1. On your account - You can choose to put the order under your wholesale account if you prefer not to pay straight away. This will be subject to your standard terms of payment.

2. Pay instantly with PayPal - You can choose to pay online with a PayPal account or credit card if you prefer to pay instantly. After you checkout you will be directed to PayPal’s website for secure payment. Here you can login to your PayPal account and pay that way, or you can use your credit card by clicking ‘I don’t have a PayPal account’. PayPal’s payment processing page is protected by 124 bit encoded security and their SSL certificate.

POSSIBLE DELAYS FOR HEMP SEED PRODUCTS

Due to the current high demand for Australian made Hemp Seed products there may be delays of up to 1-2 weeks for these products. We recommend ordering 1-2 weeks in advance if possible. We apologise for any inconvenience however there is simply not enough locally grown Hemp within Australia to satisfy the huge demand our supplier experiences.
