Returns & Refund Policy

Change of mind
We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind. This includes selecting the wrong product, no longer wanting the item, or finding it elsewhere.
Faulty or damaged products
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:
- is faulty or defective
- is not as described
- is not fit for its intended purpose
If you believe your product is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To assist with your request, please provide:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the product and packaging
Once assessed, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Health, hygiene & safety
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is confirmed to be faulty.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Items
