Healthy Snacking Shouldn’t Taste This Good

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked quinoa (1 cup raw) cooled
  • 2 ½ cups rolled oats
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup flaxseeds
  • ¾ cup smooth peanut butter
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¼ cup honey

Directions

  • Make sure the oven is pre-heated to 180°C
  • Mix together - in a bowl - the quinoa, oats, flaxseeds and chocolate chips until well combined.
  • Add in peanut butter, honey, and milk and combine well
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking pan and distribute evenly with a spatula
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes
  • Take pan out of the oven and allow to cool before cutting into bars

Storage

Keep refrigerated in an airtight container
